The Afrishore group of companies, Consisting of Afrishore LLC (United States), Afrishorebpo LTD (United Kingdom) and Afrishore BPO SA LTD (South Africa) (“We”) respect and are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy wherever we or our customers do business.
We are committed to complying with the applicable data privacy and security requirements in the countries in which we and our customers operate. Because of the differences among these jurisdictions, we have adopted a policy which has a set of core values, policies and procedures intended to achieve compliance.

INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT ON YOU
We are responsible to our customers for any information which is collected by our subcontractors.
We and our subcontractors may collect and process the data we receive from you, our customers, and data received from data providers, in accordance with these terms.
We obtain personal data from several different sources including online survey through 3rd parties where we may use consent or legitimate interest as our legal basis. The information we and our subcontractors receive may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, financial and credit and other information which is pertinent to the product or service of our customers.
We and our subcontractors will receive information about you from our or their interaction with you. This may be combined with information you give to us or our subcontractors or our customers, and information we and they collect about you. This information may be used and the combined information used for the purposes set out above (depending on the types of information received).
USES MADE OF THE INFORMATION
We undertake to process your personal information fairly and lawfully. Information held about you will be used in the following ways:
- to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and our customers and to provide you with the information, products and services that you request from them.
- to provide you with information about other goods and services they may offer or which they feel may interest you.
- to provide and receive your details to and from our subcontractors.
- to provide you or permit our customers or selected third parties to provide you with information about goods or services we or they feel may be of interest to you.
YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION SHALL NOT BE FURTHER PROCESSED IN ANY MANNER INCOMPATIBLE WITH THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH WE HAVE OBTAINED IT.
DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We may share your information with selected third parties including business partners, suppliers, customers, and our subcontractors for the performance of any contract we enter into with them or you. We will ensure that there is sound contractual basis for sharing any of your personal data and that appropriate security safeguards are in place to adequately protect your data.
We may share your personal information with any member of our group including our holding and subsidiary companies.
We may also disclose your personal information to third parties if we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets, or if our group companies or substantially all their assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data will be one of the transferred assets.
We may also share your personal data where we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data to comply with any legal obligation, or to enforce or comply with the terms and conditions of agreements which we have entered into; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the CCI group of companies, our customers, subcontractors or others. This may include exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
WHERE WE STORE & TRANSFER YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored in the South Africa, it may also be processed by our customers including in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the USA as well as South Africa. You consent to this transfer, storing or processing. We follow the 6 essential data protection methods as reasonable and necessary steps taken in order to secure your data. These 6 methods are:

YOUR RIGHTS

Process restriction: You have the right to ask for processing of your personal information to be restricted in some circumstances such as if there is disagreement about its accuracy or legitimate usage – for example, you might tell us that you think we hold some information about you that is inaccurate. Whilst we take steps to check this and ensure it is accurate, you have the right to ask us not to use your personal information.
Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
Rectification: If you believe that information, we hold about you is incorrect or out of date, or if you have concerns about how we are handling your personal information, please contact us and we will try to resolve those concerns.
Erasure: If you wish to have your personal information deleted, please let us know and we will take reasonable steps to delete it (unless we need to keep it for legal or other legitimate reasons).
Complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in accordance with local Laws or jurisdiction the information falls into.
